Review quarantined messages / Request to release

In general, spam and phish email will be filed into Junk E-mail folder of user mailbox by anti-spam policy while the High Confidence Phish is mandated by Microsoft to place in quarantine and there is no option to override. Users can review if there are any quarantined messages not delivered to your mailbox for the last 30 days by visiting the Quarantine repository at:

After selected the quarantined message based on the Subject and Sender, you can Preview the message to check if it is legitimate or wrongly quarantined. If it is, you can request ITSC admin to release message.

ITSC admin will approve your release request and submit to Microsoft that it is false positive. Please previewed the message before you request to release the message and not to release any phishing email. Once the admin approves, the email will be delivered to your Inbox usually on the same business day of request.
