User feedback has shown that printing is one of ITSC’s most important services. To provide convenient printing to the campus community, satellite and multi-function printers with 24×7 printing have been introduced in different locations around campus and printout pick-up points arranged on campus. The printers are capable of black-and-white or color printing on both sides (i.e. they have a “duplex” option). Here, you can find out where they are located, charges, how to set up your machine for the different printers, how to report problems, and other useful tips.

Charges
Print jobs are charged to your print budget at the same rate as computer barns. Please refer to the ITSC Printing Facilities for details.
Reporting Problems
If there is a paper jam or printer supplies have run out, email cchelp@ust.hk and don’t try to fix it yourself. Although we may not be able to provide an immediate response (apologies!), your print job will be canceled and the corresponding charges waived.
Beware of Your Privacy
Print job will be sent to the printers right away. Anyone around the printer at that moment may see your printout.
Other tips
Aim to be eco-friendly
Printing is never a green idea so only print what you need and think twice before you print.
