Short Network Service Impact From 3:05pm to 3:20pm This Afternoon (24/11)
This afternoon we discovered there was a misbehaved network device in our core backbone network which might have affected some of our network services during the said period. Users might experience sluggish network service response or even service timeout. Upon detecting this, we had immediately remedied the situation and fixed the problem. Affected services were resumed to normal within 15 mins. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused to you.
