SSO Authentication Service Outage
At around 12:30 PM, there was an internal server problem that affected the SSO Authentication service. This disruption lasted for about 15 minutes until 12:45pm and during this period users may have experienced problem while accessing any online services that require SSO authentication.
ITSC has already identified the root cause and remediated the problem. We are also implementing a permanent fix to prevent the same issue from happening again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
