User can manage the personal phonebook, the voicemails and various phone setting via the Telephone Web Portal.

To access the Telephone Web Portal::

  • Launch any web browser and type the URL: https://frsip.ust.hk
  • Logon the portal by your 4-digit telephone extension no. and telephone web portal password
