Reminders after Password Change

As some applications installed on your mobile devices or desktop computer may have cached your old password, you may need to enter your new password individually on these applications. These applications may include:

Sign-out and sign-in again

(e.g. MS Outlook, etc.)

Update new password with your email tool if you have remembered credential. For Mac Mail 7.x, please refer to this video.

OneDrive for Business

Enter new password for OneDrive Sync client when prompted

Microsoft Office

Update new password if you have sign-in to online Word, Excel, etc.

Printing

For Staff: Depending on your printer setting, you may need to reconnect your network printers

For Students: See instructions  on how to reset printer authentication settings
