Beware of fake emails pretending to be from someone you know. Don’t send out personally sensitive information and only reply to emails from senders you trust.

Don’t give out sensitive personal information publicly and watch out for friend requests from strangers.
Don’t add unknown friends, followers, fans or share details on public areas. Be aware of privacy settings. It is also best NOT to follow links casually, and to stay alert to LIKE and other viruses that obtain personal information or contact lists.
