Short Internet Services Interruption on 4 May (Thur) Afternoon

There was an unexpected Internet access problem this afternoon from 2:45 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. due to a connectivity issue with the Internet Service Provider (ISP).  After an emergency fix, the Internet access was resumed to normal on 3:00 p.m.  The network access within campus was not affected during the said period.
