ITSC is excited to announce our upcoming training courses on Generative AI and ChatGPT, designed to help you learn about the latest advancements in AI technology.  In collaboration with Microsoft Hong Kong, these courses will cover a range of topics, including an introduction to Generative AI, common GAI tools, the benefits & limitations of ChatGPT, and prompt engineering.

The GAI-STF-101 course will provide you with a comprehensive introduction to Generative AI and ChatGPT, including how to use HKUST ChatGPT and Bing Chat. You will also explore general ChatGPT use cases for office productivity and learn about security considerations when using ChatGPT. If you have already attended the " ITSC Training – ChatGPT Introduction and Security Awareness" held earlier, you may skip the GAI-STF-101 course. However, you are most welcome to join if you would like to refresh or further re-enforce the Generative AI concept.

For those who want to take their knowledge to the next level, we offer GAI-STF-102, which will cover prompt engineering and advanced ChatGPT use cases. You will learn how to write good and effective prompts, as well as explore advanced use cases that are staff-oriented.

These courses will be taught by experienced Microsoft professionals in the field, and participants will have the opportunity to ask questions and engage in discussions with their peers. We encourage all staff members to take advantage of this unique opportunity to learn about the latest advancements in AI technology.
