The Microsoft’s Azure Information Protection (AIP) technology was introduced to the University community last summer with an aim to strengthen the protection of sensitive data against accidental leakage.  To ensure colleagues can master this new tool, a series of online training sessions were held. In addition, a collection of online exercises, with short explanatory videos, were packaged into an online course accessible through the e-learning platform Canvas such that colleagues can verify their understanding and skills at their own pace and time.  This advanced training session to cover special usage of AIP and common issues.
